What happens if the vehicle has damage?

Please inspect the vehicle prior to using it. If you notice any minor or major damage, go to “Bookings” and then “Current” on your mobile app or on our website to view the reservation details. Then click “Report Problem”, where you can include damage info and upload photos. You can also call JustShareIt at 1-855-SHARE-01 to inform us and then take pictures of the damage to send to claims@justshareit.com. If you fail to do this and another member reports it, you could be financially responsible for the damage(s).
